Villa La Cassinella is an exclusive private estate located on the banks of magnificent Lake Como in northern Italy. With magnificent views over the lake and 30,000 sq/m of gardens, the nine-bedroom Villa Cassinella is made up of four houses sleeping 17 people.
The estate is extremely private and can only be reached via a three-minute boat ride. Arriving at the private jetty, the main entrance opens into a grand lobby with old Sienna marble floors and a fine floral ironwork staircase.
Further in an exquisite formal drawing room leads to several covered terraces perfect for outdoor dining. The formal dining room features a lovely fireplace and cherry and walnut parquet floors. All of the interiors are beautifully furnished with Italian antique furniture and fine art from across Europe.
The master suite and three large guest suites are located on the first floor, while a further two suites are positioned on the second floor, along with a library and lounge. There is also a gym, cinema, heated swimming pool and a tennis court.
The Terrace House is a short walk from the main villa, with great views, private terraces and a dining area. Here you'll find a comfortable and well-appointed sitting room, with separate kitchen and breakfast area, two further guest suites and a galleried sleeping area.
An incredible team including butlers, top international chefs, a housekeeper, house Manager and gardeners service the estate and maintain the spectacular grounds of manicured lawns and towering cypress trees.
