Villa Dubrovnik Palace is a modern luxury summer residence. The villa has a traditional exterior dominated by elegant stone surfaces, perfectly integrated into the overall atmosphere of the estate, and the entire surrounding area of this fabulous destination. 

Villa Dubrovnik Palace consists of four floors: the ground floor and three upper floors. Its estate also includes a swimming pool and jacuzzi.

On the first floor of Villa Dubrovnik Palace, you will find a kitchen, dining room and spacious living room with access to the beautiful terrace. This floor has two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub; and a deluxe bedroom, also with a private bathroom which includes a whirlpool bathtub. The large terrace of this floor offers an unforgettable panoramic view of the sea, the island of Lokrum and the old town port. This floor has direct access to the swimming pool.

On the second floor of the villa, there are a kitchen, living room and dining area with access to the terrace with a sea view. Two deluxe bedrooms equipped with queen size beds and private bathrooms. Outdoor stairs from the terrace also connect this floor to the swimming pool.

The third floor of the villa consists of two junior suites with the same room arrangement - each of them is made up of a kitchen, living room with dining area, double bedroom with queen size bed, private bathroom, and balcony with a sea view.

Villa Dubrovnik Palace is fully air-conditioned. The villa also offers guests a library and has a professionally equipped kitchen, outdoor pool, jacuzzi, summer gazebo and tavern with grill.
