The main house has 3 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with an en suite large bathroom and walk-in closet, 1 VIP room and 1 Guestroom that share a large bathroom. The rooms have panoramic sea views and large verandas or balconies. The cozy lounge/dining room area has direct access to the external lounge area and pool. 

The villa also includes a charming guest house with a kitchen and a private bathroom, a smaller guesthouse with a kitchenette and private bathroom, as well as a separate maid’s room with its own kitchen and WC.

In the external lounge area there is a comfortable and protected dining area for 12 guests, a built-in BBQ and a large bar area with sofas. The swimming pool has an overflow feature and its surrounding area is covered by a wooden sun-deck. 

All areas of the villa are surrounded by a beautiful garden with pergolas and stone pedestals that protect the house from the northern winds and rain.
