This villa is a property designed to provide spacious interiors adorned with old-style, traditional objects and furniture while most of its furnishing is built-in to perfectly resemble the traditional island living. Its highlight consists of the exteriors featuring a large swimming pool with stunning views to the sea and the settlement of Kolymbithres. Numerous open-air or pergola shaded dining and sitting areas with heavy wooden tables and benches are scattered throughout the beautiful yard and verandas.

The villa consists of the main building and three airy guest houses that offer privacy to six guests. All buildings are built using the local white-washed technique finished with stone-dressed walls and wooden doors and windows. The main house comprises of two levels: the ground level, which is the living area of the house, hosting a large open plan kitchen with a spacious living room and a dining area, a veranda with unobstructed views and a guest WC. The top-level features the master bedroom with a private veranda and Jacuzzi. The lower level offers two double en-suite bedrooms with separate verandas and a playroom.
