The main house has 9 double bedrooms, set over four floors, all accessible via a private elevator.

This fully staffed villa, hosting up to 18 guests, is located in a private park with heated all-season swimming pool, gym, tennis court and separate staff accommodation.

Built with grandeur in 1901 by an American admiral, totally reconstructed in 2005 and newly refurbished in 2019. As the name suggests Villa Porto Felice is a place infused with happiness.

Porto Felice’s gardens are rich and mature, azaleas flourish in Lake Como’s famously even climate, there are ginkgo trees, red acacia, a bamboo forest and an olive grove from which the family presses their own oil. 

The kitchen gardens have an abundance of fresh produce that will make its way to the dining table; courgettes and tomatoes, salad leaves, fragrant rosemary, basil and sage. In late summer you have sweet grapes, in autumn apples, and cherries ripen after spring.

There is also the additional one-bedroom cottage which can be rented along with the main villa.
