Villa Bianca is a modern villa in a cottage complex in the Puntaldia resort, near to the town of San Teodoro in the northeast of Sardinia. The villa is placed only a short distance from the sea. The nearest beach is called Lu Impostu.

Villa Bianca features a large well kept garden with a private pool and a spacious sunbathing area with an outdoor shower. The two-story villa has six bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The villa has also a staff room with a private bathroom.

On the ground floor of the house, there are three bedrooms with direct access to the garden and a staff room. On the top floor, which can be reached using internal or external stairs, there are three bedrooms. One of them is a master bedroom with large stained-glass windows and a spectacular view of the island of Tavolara. On the same floor, there is a living area with a TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. 

In the living area, you can reach a spacious veranda with beautiful sea and countryside views and comfortable summer furniture for relaxation.
