EXTRA DEPOSITS

This villa comes with the additional service of a travel planner, along with a local and regional concierge manager, known as APA locally. This gives you access to the concierge service at any time during or prior to your holiday, for any requests that you may have.

There is a refundable 30% charge for the APA service (Concierge), which also includes the damage deposit and it is to be paid at the time of the full balance payment. Any services that you require will be deducted from this at the time of check out and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.

There is a non-refundable charge for local taxes of €340 if the value of the villa is up to €15,000 per week or €680 if the value of the villa is above €15,000 per week.

Gratuities are not mandatory, however are very well received. A good tip for a waiter, a cleaner, a nanny starts at €50 and for a concierge as well as the host/butler starts at €100

PROPERTY RULES

It is mandatory to take reasonable care of the premises and to leave them in a tidy condition, not to deface, make any alterations or to the decoration, not to tamper with the water, heating and gas services. Guests shall not do anything, which may be a nuisance or annoyance or cause of damage to any neighbouring or adjoining property. The property must not be used for any illegal or immoral purposes, or any other purpose that is not a holiday rental, including celebrations. Children should be supervised at all times and all windows on floors above ground should remain locked. The owner and our company will not be liable for any accident, loss or damage that may be sustained by guest (or their visitors). The loss of the keys will result in compensation for the costs covering a new lock and 4 (four) new sets of keys. Photographs and videos taken at the properties cannot be used nor sold for profit without our authorization. Guests must provide identity documents on arrival if requested to do so.
