Equipped with a fitted kitchen and dining spaces - the living room has a seating capacity for 10 people and the table in the dining room comfortably seats up to 12 guests - the whole estate affords both privacy and independence. Begin your day on the terrace with the sweeping view over the surrounding hills and inner courtyard, while savouring the generous breakfast featuring fresh pastries and dishes make each morning by our chef. The courtyard is yours to rule: relax on the sundeck, take a dip in the pool, let loose on the loungers set under the warm Umbrian sun. Everything is tastefully decorated, with handmade, brand new furniture, and modern comforts such as wireless internet and air-conditioning. Local activities include hiking and cycling – the local concierge can help guests hire bicycles or an even a boat for a tour in Lake Trasimeno.

*This villa comes with the additional service of a travel planner, along with a local and regional concierge manager, known as APA locally. This gives you access to the concierge service at any time during or prior to your holiday, for any requests that you may have.

There is a refundable 30% charge for the APA service (Concierge), which also includes the damage deposit and it is to be paid at the time of the full balance payment. Any services that you require will be deducted from this at the time of check out and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.

There is a non-refundable charge for local taxes of €340 if the value of the villa is up to €15,000 per week or €680 if the value of the villa is above €15,000 per week.
