The Boathouse is a bold open design based on a colonial woolshed that once served the property. The waters of Wairoa Bay lap at the outdoor entertaining areas that blend seamlessly with the well equipped and relaxed indoor spaces - an elegant mix of natural wood and stone. There is a king bedroom upstairs, a twin bedroom downstairs and a luxurious bathroom with additional facilities outdoors.

Savour the day as it turns to night around the outdoor fire with a barbeque or pizza or enjoy something finer seated at the outdoor dining table. The Boathouse is the perfect resting place for 4 or a secluded Bay of Islands space to entertain up to 20 guests.

They are located in a private gated community that boasts a thousand acres of private beaches, rolling hills, wildlife sanctuaries and historic sites. The properties can be booked individually or together to suit your accommodation needs with a number of configurations available. The other two properties are Gabriel Residence and The Cooper Residence

The Landing Residences are a wildlife sanctuary. No dogs are permitted at the Boathouse.
