The kitchen which is spacious and fully equipped with all modern conveniences including dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and hob. The dining area which seats 10. There is also an office and pool table on this floor. Sleeping accommodation on the ground floor comprises of two twin bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms. 

On the first floor is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a private terrace that overlooks the pool area, golf views. One twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom/shower with a large terrace that also overlooks the pool area, golf views.  The final bedroom is on the lower level and has a double bed (with window) and en-suite shower. 

Games room (Ping-Pong) in the garage, gym, Turkish bath, bathroom. Laundry area. 

Outside the large private swimming pool is surrounded by landscaped gardens. There are an exterior kitchen and barbeque area for alfresco dining.
