This luxury villa has recently been refurbished and provides a light and bright ambience as soon as you walk in through the main door. The entrance hall leads to a bright and spacious open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The sitting area is divided into two, where the first lounge area has plenty of sitting space and features a gas fireplace. The second sitting space is the TV area with a flat-screen TV with English and German channels.  Both areas are spacious and comfortable with plenty of sitting space and beautifully decorated.

Also, located on the ground floor is an office surrounded by glass windows, a guest cloakroom and 4 spacious en-suite guest bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. Bedroom one has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom three has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom four has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are on the first floor. Bedroom five is a large master bedroom with a double bed, TV, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom and doors to a terrace with beautiful views.

There is an entertainment area which features a football table, table tennis and another TV/play area. The laundry and storage room is located on the lower level.

The exterior area provides a peaceful setting with an infinity pool, heated upon request (extra fee), landscaped gardens, a BBQ and dining area perfect to enjoy the Algarvean summer evenings.
