The house offers complete privacy and incredible views over the entire North West of Ibiza and on the horizon the silhouettes of Mallorca in the North and mainland Spain in the West. Guests can enjoy a breathtaking sunset over the sea all year round.

Bright Blue features five suites – each comes with a double bed, en suite bathroom, A/C, TV, minibar, safe and private terrace. The spacious master suite additionally has a private jacuzzi, steam bath, double shower and separate changing room. On the ground level, the house has a large living lounge with comfortable designer furniture – sliding windows towards extending the living area to the pool terrace in the east and a dining terrace on the west. The living lounge includes an open show-kitchen equipped with an induction wok, teppanyaki, induction cooker, microwave and an espresso machine. Behind a door, a professional kitchen provides space and all equipment for a private chef or catering.

The centrepiece of the house is a tower over three levels – the upper level, a fully equipped office is directly connected to the large rooftop terraces. The house is also equipped with a Bose sound system, WiFi and alarm system.

On the west and north side of the house, there are nicely landscaped gardens. Beside a terrain des boules, table tennis and billiard facilities, the huge Northern garden provides a spacious wooden deck with professional BBQ facilities and a large table for up to 12 people.
