The house has been expertly styled and furnished by the world famous interior designer Jose Antonio Flores. All the latest state of the art equipment and facilities have been installed – including kitchen equipment, security equipment and laundry/cleaning facilities.
The lounge area has huge floor to ceiling sliding doors, where the views as you are relaxing on the luxuriously comfortable sofas
are simply breathtaking.

The dining area seats 10 people and is open-plan with the lounge area and state of the art fully equipped kitchen. The whole house boasts the latest technology in air conditioning and heating, Security system, a home theatre entertainment system and the free high-speed WiFi is accessible both inside and out.

Outside,  the wonderful Mediterranean weather can be enjoyed by the large infinity pool where you can relax on the spacious sun terrace and appreciate the magnificent uninterrupted countryside, sea and sunset views. There is a large outdoor dining area seating 10 people, a spacious chillout area beside the pool as well as a comfortable outdoor seating area by the outdoor dining table and a roof terrace.

Private gates lead to a car parking area large enough for several cars.
