Located in Valldemossa a short drive to the centre of town and Deia, this villa overlooks the sea to the west side of Mallorca and stands alone with no neighbours visible for miles.

The casa has two levels and you enter through the main entrance into the open plan kitchen, living, dining room and study. A panoramic view of the sea is visible from this point starting with the swimming pool to the left and across to Deia on the right.  

On this main level there are 2-bedrooms, one of which is the master and the other with 3 single beds for children. Both rooms enjoy views of the sea and the swimming pool, and both have ensuite bathrooms.

On the lower level, further bedrooms (3) are located, all with king beds, and a day room for the family to relax, play or read a book. On this level, one is able to walk out to a terrace into the garden and to the swimming pool area. The casita also hosts one additional bedroom located on the same property as the main house.  

The outdoor spaces are the centre of life for this property especially during the summer days with a wraparound sun deck and heated swimming pool, a BBQ area and a dining table with a sitting lounge area for pre and post lunch.
