Relax with a well-earned soak in the sauna, before settling down by a roaring fire, the smell of cinnamon and freshly brewed Glühwein in the air. Have your personal chef serve up course after course of Tyrolean classics showcasing the region’s finest ingredients, from plump saddle of veal, to local cheese and cured meats.
