The Peninsula Bangkok has added a tuk tuk to its fleet of luxury vehicles for guests that want to explore the city in a distinctly Thai way.
The hotel’s brand new customised tuk tuk comes with complimentary Wi-Fi, drinking water and cold towels to ensure comfort and is finished Peninsula’s signature green tan upholstery to match the fleet of limousines.
The well-appointed tuk tuk joins the hotel’s existing fleet of ten BMW 730LDs, two Rolls-Royce Silver Spurs, a twin-engined Eurocopter EC-135 helicopter and four riverboats, which operate between the hotel and nearby piers.
If you who would like to experience an open-air ride in the tuk tuk you can enrol in the Peninsula’s cooking class. You’ll then be whisked to local markets across Bangkok to but fresh ingredients to be used in the cooking class.
