This villa is spread over three floors. Entering Villa Dream Pearl, on the top level guests will find two king-size bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and the master bedroom with a living area and ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom features an A/C, LCD TV, and stunning views of the Adriatic.

Going to the lower floor, a bright room opens in front of you. The open-space living area and a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area are filled with natural light coming from the large floor-to-ceiling windows that lead to the villa’s terrace. This area is ideal for an afternoon siesta when guests want to hide from the Summer sun.

Exiting from the living room, guests will find the endless views of the Adriatic Sea stunning. The terrace features a heated swimming pool, surrounded by sunbeds and an alfresco dining area with a barbecue that make the perfect spot to try a traditionally prepared meal with your family and friends. There is a separate shower bathroom accessible from the terrace.

The lowest level features a small fitness room with exercising equipment, a sauna, and a wine room. This floor also features two more double ensuite bedrooms, with an LCD TV and a small terrace in front with a sea view.
