This contemporary villa is located in the Capon area enjoying wonderful views of the sea from the interiors and the immaculately well-maintained Mediterranean garden, which features a very inviting large heated pool with sun-bathing terrace surround, a pool house with a small gym and a shaded area for exterior dining. Its location means that the centre of St Tropez is just a 5-minute drive to the Place des Lices in the centre of St Tropez.

The spacious interiors of the property are as immaculate as the garden with the decoration and furnishings in predominately black, white and muted colours. The main house comprises of; a large and comfortable living room, a separate dining room, a TV room, a well-equipped professional kitchen, a basement laundry room, a guest WC and 4 bedrooms all of which have en-suite facilities.
