La Villa Du Cap Benat is a gated and exclusive Cap Bénat estate, where the villa is set, is located on a unique rocky peninsula near the village of Bormes-les-Mimosas, along the stretch of the French Riviera dotted with idyllic villages. The peninsula is covered in the pine forest, giving the air a delicious aromatic mix of conifers and the ocean.  There are a number of beaches and a small port within the boundaries of the estate.
