A luxury villa of contemporary style set in a private domain off the Route de Tahiti, in the Belle Isnarde area of town. The villa is located near the Bay of Canoubiers and Pampelonne and is close to the beaches of Pampelonne, Les Salins and Canoubiers Bay.

The villa is set on two levels.  On the entrance level, you have a large, well-lit lounge area with large flat screen TV and fireplace.  There is a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, back kitchen. Finally, this floor includes the master bedroom which has a dressing area and a luxurious bathroom. This entire floor opens out onto a large full-length terrace with lounging areas and outside dining, this overlooks the manicured gardens and 20 meter heated pool.

The ground floor has five luxury en-suite bedrooms, one has been designed with children in mind, which can sleep up to four. There is also a lounge/library area, a large wine cellar, two staff/teenage bedrooms, a garage for two cars, and a laundry room.

The heated swimming pool has a pool house nearby with sofas and a bar, inside the pool house there is a gym and wellness area including a hammam. Close to which is a separate guest studio with a twin-bedded room. This villa has a full security camera system, a domotique, and a Sonos sound system, there is also satellite television and Apple TV.
