The luxurious provencal Villa Foudoux sits in a quiet and private location, surrounded by pine and oak trees, in the attractive area of l’Oumede and, just a short drive from St Tropez town centre. It is also wonderfully convenient for Pampelonne beach, which is just 2 kilometres away. The large grounds of 3.5 hectares extend out to the sides and back of the house and include a private tennis court and a 14 x 7m swimming pool, which is gated for the safety of young children. The pool terrace has a covered area at one end with a summer kitchen and a dining and seating area. Just outside the house and overlooking the gardens and pool is a huge terrace, also with a covered dining area and a barbecue.

The interiors are exceptionally spacious, newly decorated and furnished throughout to a very high standard in a welcoming Provencal style. The terracotta tiled floors and beige and white furnishings add to the feeling of light and space of the house.
