Masterfully plotted over multiple levels of land, the house consists of a main building and three fully operational separate guesthouses. Its country minimalist style creates a refreshing ambience throughout all interiors that are luminous, bright and with inspiring sea views.

The main house features a cosy living room and a semi-separate dining area with large floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pool terrace and the crystalline Aegean Sea. The fully equipped kitchen is found in the same area and has direct access to the pool and the outdoor veranda. This part of the house also hosts a double en-suite bedroom with access to the terrace and sitting area and a twin/double en-suite. The three guesthouses of the property are individual homes with their own open plan living rooms, fully equipped kitchens, access to outdoor terraces and a double en-suite bedroom with private balcony.

The exterior of the villa includes a swimming pool perched at the rim of the property’s terrace and seems to hang over the sea. There are sitting spots and a private stairway to a small pier at sea level. Near the veranda, you will find an auxiliary outdoor kitchen with barbeque and wood oven, a dining spot with built-in sofas and a small bar.
