Built into a hillside near the village of Agni, the villa’s spectacular outdoor living areas are perched above Kassiopi Bay. This beachfront villa was completely renovated during the last two years. It is a chic, well-appointed and contemporary villa that combines the traditional style with some more modern details. Every thought has gone into this modern architectural stylish property accompanied by various modern touches and has been a high priority for creating a practical and functional property for groups of friends and families to enjoy their vacation. 

In the main house, there is an impressive entrance hall and a spacious area with a stone fireplace where you can relax with friends and family or have exclusive dinners with them. An elegant dining area and a fully equipped kitchen add a warm feeling to the villa. Villa Gatti has three bedrooms in its main house and one bedroom in a studio with its own kitchen and sitting and dining areas. All four bedrooms have double beds, en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. The studio is fully equipped with a sitting area, a dining area and its own kitchen.

Though the villa’s interiors are well-equipped with a steam room, private gym, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning, you’ll want to spend most of your stay outdoors. There is an infinity swimming pool where you will spend most of your time. Sunbathe by the pool or enjoy the shaded sitting areas drinking your cocktail on the pool bar. For those who are romantics, the villa has a secluded beach with a private wooden dock. And there is a gym to keep you fit! 

Guests of Villa Gatti can swim or boat directly from the property’s shore, or you can make the 30-minute drive to the sandy stretch of Agni Beach. From the villa, it’s a 40-minute drive to the port of Corfu and a 45-minute drive to both the town of Corfu and the Corfu airport.
