Villa Winona is made up of six separate units that are dotted around the estate, connected through paved pathways. The units are surrounded by decks and terraces that are fitted with pergolas to create space for open-air lounges and dining spots. The main terrace is dominated by a stunning infinity edge swimming pool that blends into the sea beyond.

The terraces give way to tree-fringed gardens that stretch all the way down to the water. Amenities include an outdoor shower tucked into the trees, a mini-spa and an open air cinema. A few steps further, there is a stone built promenade and a dock.
