Designed by Greek architects with respect to the traditional local architecture, the building is harmoniously integrated into the environment.

Hiding its size, it consists of separate volumes with outdoor circulation and exterior spaces of distinct character and use. These independent units offer privacy, with each space enjoying views towards multiple orientations, allowing natural light to alternate throughout the day. Living areas are located to the north of the site: sitting and dining on different levels and a separate kitchen. To the south, the sleeping areas are set over two units: one consists of the master bedroom with an amazing open plan bathroom, and the other, a two-story unit, consists of a guest room on each floor.

Two additional bedrooms, as well as auxiliary spaces, are located beneath the living areas. A swimming pool offers a visual connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, with breathtaking views of the Messinian Gulf.
