The villa is a beautifully built stone structure, dating from the 1930s and fully renovated in 2013, stands in a private land of 5,000 square meters. The upper floor consists of three bedrooms, two of which offer a breathtaking view of the Saronic Bay and its magnificent sunsets. The third bedroom has windows that overlook the garden of the villa.  Each bedroom has a comfortable king-size double bed (except one which offers a queen-size bed), a large wardrobe, and a writing desk. There is also a living room, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom which includes a bath with shower, and a separate WC. The lower floor also consists of three bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, a large wardrobe, and a writing desk. There is a spacious living room divided into two sections, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with both a bath and shower, and two separate WCs.

Moving outside there is a captivating swimming pool where you can sunbathe laying on the comfy sunbeds and stunning views of the sea. Let your mood guide you and simply pick your preferred spot in the garden to relax reading your favorite book. The garden has a wide variety of trees including many pistachio trees, the ‘trademark’ of the island. There is also a wide range of flowers and bushes and a number of palm trees, which make the garden even more beautiful. Enjoy a sunset cocktail by the pool or exercise during the afternoon.
