The villa boasts an electronic gate with 1 car parking space and a lift from top to the bottom where guests will find one bedroom with ensuite bathroom with independent access from outside.

Entering the main door we find 3 double bedrooms, all with ensuite shower bathrooms, all with safe, air conditioning and TV.
 
The internal lift leads to the lower level of the villa where we have 2 further bedrooms with en-suite shower bathrooms, TV, air conditioning. On the same level, we have a guest toilet, open space fully equipped kitchen and a wide living and dining room opening on to the shaded verandas, with swimming pool (4 x 9 mt) outdoor shower, table for al fresco meals, BBQ and brickwork pizza oven.
 
The sea level can be either reached by outdoor stairs or private funicular, for the exclusive use of the villa guests.
 
The property is completely gated, has air conditioning throughout and WIFI.
