Villa Civenna is located in 12 hectares of parkland, which includes a array of botanical and architectural gardens.

The property sleeps up to ten guests and offers 550 m2 of living accommodation over two floors, 110 m2 of them furnished, lake view terrace and a private heated swimming pool. The villa has been featured in several property magazines and is noted in particular for its Biedermeier style furnishings and the quality of the artefacts and custom made furniture.

There are six bedrooms and five bathrooms spread over the two floors. The master bedroom, with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom with massage jet bathtub, is located on the upper floor, along with two double bedrooms that share a large bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms are on the lower floor, the queen sized bedroom and a single bedroom share a bathroom, and the single bedroom has its own en suite and a fireplace.

The immaculate gardens have plenty of furnished areas for sitting back to enjoy the views or spend an afternoon around the swimming pool lounging on the sun-beds and soaking up some sunshine in true Italian style.
