Villa Imperia is located in Punta Asfodeli, a short distance from the centre of Porto Rotondo on the Northeast coast of Sardinia. 

The property features a well kept Mediterranean garden of 8,000 square meters with a private swimming pool. The interior design combines classic and country styles, which creates a charming and warm atmosphere. Villa Imperia consists of the main house and the guest house.

The main house has a living room with a fireplace and a dining room for ten people comfortably seated. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms each with its own bathroom and a room with a queen size bed which has a shared bathroom. The guest house consists of a double bedroom with its own bathroom and a small kitchen.
