With an enviable view,  this beachfront villa, built in 1970 and restored in 2007 and enlarged in 2011, looks over the crystal turquoise sea of the Marine Protected Area of Tavolara, renowned destination on the North-eastern Coast of Sardinia

The villa benefits from sublime interiors and exteriors and it’s perfection for alfresco dining.

With every modern amenity, this one offers guests a pampered and luxurious stay, with exceptional views over a small bay forming a natural harbour even for larger yachts, it features a spacious patio, a separate covered terrace and various interior living areas equipped with TV and music system.

The villa also boasts a gym and a sauna, adjacent to one of the bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and dining room. A garden and lawn area of one acre provides ideal space for al fresco dining and the particularly favourable position of the villa allows to quickly reach the most beautiful beaches of the area: Baia Salinedda, Cala Suaraccia, Salina Bamba, Punta Est and Cala Brandinchi above all.

This bay where the villa is located in is a unique place for the gorgeous scenery and the variety of beaches amongst the most beautiful in Sardegna. The villa fits in this context with great respect for the nature taking benefit of the silence, the quiet, the sea-sight and the view over the island of Tavolara. Other beautiful beaches like Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu are minutes away, Cala Suaraccia, Cala Salinedda and Capo Coda Cavallo are gems of this area.

*This villa comes with the additional service of a travel planner, along with a local and regional concierge manager, known as APA locally. This gives you access to the concierge service at any time during or prior to your holiday, for any requests that you may have.

There is a refundable 30% charge for the APA service (Concierge), which also includes the damage deposit and it is to be paid at the time of the full balance payment. Any services that you require will be deducted from this at the time of check out and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.

There is a non-refundable charge for local taxes of €340 if the value of the villa is up to €15,000 per week or €680 if the value of the villa is above €15,000 per week.
