The entrance to the villa is located on the middle floor, whereas further down on the ground floor is the main area with a double bedroom with terrace and bathroom ensuite, a single bedroom and a double room and bath, along with the service area with a double bedroom, bathroom and laundry. On the same floor, there is an open space with an American kitchen, a single bedroom and bathroom. 

On the first floor there is a kitchen, office, dining area, living area with granite fireplace, while in the sleeping area there is a master bedroom with veranda, walk-in closet and bathroom; a double bedroom with terrace, veranda and bathroom ensuite and guest bathroom. 

The outdoor spaces include a patio with several pergolas, veranda with barbecue and brick oven; infinity pool that stretches from the patio to the glass hall of the house with solarium. 

On the second floor there is a bedroom studio with terrace and bathroom with shower.
