Villa Wood is built with modern technologies and design solutions, with a smart house system. The exclusive private property with a plot of land of about 6,000 m2 consists of two buildings.

The main villa consists of a spacious, light living room with large glass windows on the entire wall with a panoramic sea view and with various relaxation areas, a dining area, professional modern steel kitchen. The sleeping area has a master bedroom of about with a chic sea view, equipped with two bathrooms, and two spacious dressing rooms.
