First Floor: From the courtyard, climbing approximately 20 steps, you will enter the sun-washed double living room with dining and sitting areas. This spacious room, with its central glass fireplace, vaulted fresco ceiling, white floor against grey walls, warm wooden table paired with canary yellow polypropylene molded chairs, boasts a timeless and fashion-forward look. The plush, white sofas act as the focal point in the space, along with the beautiful windows bringing in a lot of natural light. The modern glass fireplace and the floating shelving adds an artistic and youthful appeal. A bright and fully equipped kitchen with a central cooking island and large picture window, serves the dining room. A guest bathroom completes this floor.
