Originally built in the year 1000AD, the villa has undergone a lengthy and meticulously conceived restoration: today, as a result, guests may enjoy the extraordinary views provided from its unique Tuscan hilltop location. This gorgeous property, which has been beautifully appointed with the latest modern facilities, has all the comforts that one might want for a memorable and truly unforgettable holiday.

The property comprises of two buildings: a magnificent tower and the original hay barn, connected by a glass corridor but rented as one independent villa. A very well equipped large kitchen, huge dining room and several living rooms complete the interior offering and an assortment of furnished outdoor areas and al fresco dining terrace entice you to linger outdoors.

A typically Italian garden, with lawns adorned with roses, jasmine and indigenous plants and flowers offers our guests different areas to relax in with complete privacy. The infinity swimming pool with its annexed Jacuzzi overlooks the amazing Chianti countryside.

Vineyards changing colors with the seasons and the silhouettedtowers of the San Gimignano skyline on the horizon, guarantee complete relaxation under the Tuscan sun.

The villa, with a separate studio apartment at pool level and seven double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms can accommodate up to 16 guests.

*This villa comes with the additional service of a travel planner, along with a local and regional concierge manager, known as APA locally. This gives you access to the concierge service at any time during or prior to your holiday, for any requests that you may have.

There is a refundable 30% charge for the APA service (Concierge), which also includes the damage deposit and it is to be paid at the time of the full balance payment. Any services that you require will be deducted from this at the time of check out and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.

There is a non-refundable charge for local taxes of €340 if the value of the villa is up to €15,000 per week or €680 if the value of the villa is above €15,000 per week.
