This luxury villa is located on the Argentario peninsula. It was designed by renown architects with a minimalist yet warm style, and simple and clean lines.

On the ground floor, there is a large living room, a smaller one and a dining room complimented with a veranda. In addition, there are two bathrooms and two bedrooms, one of which has an adjacent study room equipped with a desk and sofa. The floor consists of hand-crafted ceramics coming from the Amalfi coast.

On the first level, the floor is made of wooden board original from south Tyrol. There are six rooms and four bathrooms, one of which is included within the master suite, consisting of two rooms and equipped with a king size bed. All of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

In the garden, there is a splendid 17-metre swimming pool which is surrounded by solid teak wood heated floors.
