With all-round views over the green Tuscan hills, the property is the ideal place to enjoy a holiday in the company of family and friends. Set on a gentle hill, the villa provides breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and can sleep up to thirteen guests in seven bedrooms spread over three floors.

Surrounded by a generous garden, the property includes a swimming pool (heated on request) and a paved poolside area. With a calm atmosphere, the poolside area represents an idyllic spot for basking in the sun and relaxing. 

With a blend of period charm and modern comfort, the property is filled with period furniture and exposed wooden beams. The ground floor houses areas designed for leisure time with fellow guests. This is also the floor that hosts the main entrance hall, billiard table,  gym and yoga studio, as well as access to the garden and outdoor spaces.

On the first floor, guests will find a generous sitting room complete with fireplace, a dining room, a study and TV room with fireplace, a kitchen and a breakfast room. From the living room, the south-facing terrace can be accessed. This floor also hosts three double bedrooms.

On the second floor, there are three double bedrooms and a single room, and a bathroom with shower.

On the third floor, or attic, gusts will find a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
