Situated on a hilltop, the villa enjoys panoramic views of the surrounding rolling hills and cypress-lined roads. The serene surroundings of this property make it a particular fit for guests who love privacy and nature.

The grounds feature manicured lawns with landscaped gardens dotted throughout. Guests can enjoy a swim in the infinity pool or relax in the poolside jacuzzi whilst taking in the spectacular views. The poolside sun loungers are ideal for soaking up the Tuscan sun, whilst the outdoor dining set is ideal for convivial al fresco feasts.

Adjoining the TV room is the open-plan living and dining room. This room features high ceilings with exposed wooden beams and tiled floors. There are comfortable sofas perfect for pre-dinner drinks, a dining table overlooking the surrounding countryside, and a fully-equipped kitchen with marble worktops and a breakfast bar. Adjoining the kitchen is a traditional “forno” room with a wood fire oven set in stone walls.

Within the main villa are four of the five bedrooms; three bedrooms have king-size beds and one has twin beds, which can be converted on request. All rooms have en-suite facilities. The fifth bedroom is located in a separate annexe. It features a king-size bed, a separate living room, and an en-suite bathtub and benefits from direct access to the gardens.
