Palazzo Garzoni occupies a superb location by the Grand Canal, between Piazza San Marco and Rialto Bridge.

 This historical property of Venetian architecture dates back from the mid-fifteenth century. It has survived the eras as the home of the Garzoni family of Bologna in the seventeenth century and, more recently, as a language school. This splendid palace, with more than 1000 m² of floor space, has been renovated to house four luxury apartments from 90 to 500 m².

The palace is decorated with the utmost care, and the use of noble materials such as Italian marble and fabrics produced by the finest Venetian textile manufacturers, including Rubelli and Fortuny. Standing next to a little ‘Rio’, Palazzo Garzoni features a magnificent entrance facing the Grand Canal.

It also includes a private pontoon, which offers direct access to a boat or gondola.
