Piano Nobile is a unique apartment that promises guests an exceptional experience in magnificent Venice.

The first floor of Piano Nobile is dedicated to the living and reception rooms, including a central lounge where the ceiling paintings have been fully restored. The lounge features Gothic windows and a balcony overlooking the Grand Canal. 

On this floor, guests have access to a small lounge, a library / television room and an office, as well as a dining room with capacity for up to 20 people adjoined by a kitchen.

The striking marble staircase leading to the second floor opens out onto a lounge, which also offers a view of the Grand Canal. On this floor, there are five bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a unique interior, with furniture and textiles, while each bathroom features a different kind of marble.
