DISTANCES:

The nation's airport is well connected with major hubs around the world. Located on a separate island from the capital of Male, the airport serves as the main gateway into the Maldives for guests. The airport offers souvenir and duty-free shops, restaurants, medical facilities, prayer room and provides banking and postal services.

The resort arranges to take you by car to the private lounge in the seaplane terminal. Here you can relax while waiting for your seaplane transfer to the Baa Atoll resort which is a 25-minute flight north west of the airport. The lounge serves light drinks and snacks and offers complimentary Wi-Fi.

The Maldives team will do their best to arrange your resort transfer within two hours of arriving at the lounge. While departing guests will be transferred to the airport at least three hours in advance of their scheduled international flight departure time.

As seaplanes fly in daylight hours only, if you are arriving in the evening or simply prefer, you may choose a domestic flight to the local airport in Baa Atoll (Dharavandhoo), a journey of 20 minutes followed by a 30-minute speedboat ride to the island.
