Featuring 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, Casa Cenote can sleep comfortably for 12 guests. Two bedrooms are located on the ground level, each with their own bathroom, and 3 of the remaining bedrooms located on the upper level, the Master Suite has its own en-suite master bathroom, and the other 2 bedrooms sharing his/her bathroom.

Casa Cenote receives its name by being built around a cenote, a Mayan word for Sink Hole. The villa has an intricate freshwater system streaming beneath the property and we wanted to highlight this natural phenomenon and make it the centerpiece of this beautiful home.

The villa prides itself on the exterior common areas of this property which feature a breezy rooftop terrace with a bar overlooking the marina and jungle, and palapa space for more lounging or more collective group activities such as yoga and meditation or spa services.  On the ground level by the pool, you will also be able to enjoy basking in the sun by day or evening BBQs with get-togethers around a firepit.
