Villa Magnolia is a three floor villa. Guests are greeted by a modern entrance hall with a staircase leading up to the first floor and into the comfortable lounge area. The lounge area is spacious and is divided into two different sitting areas. The first area is spacious, comfortable and features a wood-burning fireplace perfect to relax and perhaps read a book. The sliding doors lead to the patio and pool. The second sitting area is cosy and features a flat-screen TV, ideal to enjoy a movie and spend some quality time with family.

The villa has six bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms three, four and five are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three is the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom four has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom and bedroom five has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom six is in the lower level of the villa with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom.

The exterior of the property features a large swimming pool that can be heated against an extra charge, sun loungers, an outdoor seating area & a charcoal BBQ for alfresco dining.
