The propery features an open plan living room with a dining area. The flat screen TV is situated in the large wall unit by the fireplace. Two patio doors open up to the terrace and swimming pool area. In the dining space, seating is available for 6 people. The kitchen can be accessed either via the dining area or at the end of the entrance corridor.

At the front of the house, there is space for up to 3 cars. The entrance features palm trees and welcoming bougainvillaea.
