The five-bedroom villa itself is a contemporary, cutting-edge design that combines white tones, natural materials and urban art decorative pieces. The designer of this stunning property has created a Gaudi ‘come back’ and involved artist Charlene Vanneste in the project. The living area, open with the kitchen, is a spacious, chic space that features comfortable designer seating arrangements such as the large, white L-shaped sofa and the striking yellow chair that matches the circular yellow coffee table. The open, American-style kitchen features a central island bench with stools for casual eating and any appliance that guests may need during their stay, and it features a gorgeous whitewashed design with wooden finishes. 

The stunning exterior of the property is one of the highlights, with a chill-out area, a pool and a fully equipped pool-kitchen. There’s an outdoor dining table that is undercover and seats up to eight people. There are various places to sit and relax in the exterior, and, like the interior, there are Avant Garde decorative pieces that contribute to the property’s uniqueness. The terrace on the second floor is accessed by various bedrooms and is perfect for looking out to the picturesque sea views.
