The property is orientated south and has spectacular panoramic sea views overlooking Playa den Bossa, Salinas, Cap des Falco and Formentera. The property sits on 8,000 m2 of land and the villa has 450 m2 plus a guesthouse of 120 m2.

The house has access to WiFi and is protected with an interior alarm system, which is connected to an alarm company called Red Seguridad, the staff of the house are also available.

The outdoor areas are spacious and include a swimming pool of 10m x 10m in which no chlorine is used; the water preparation system is based on salt, but with no salty taste to the water, the system is especially good for eyes, skin, and hair. Outside terraces boast ample sunbathing and shaded areas equipped with luxurious high-quality sun loungers, comfortable outdoor sofas, chairs, daybed and parasols, there is also a gas barbecue and outdoor dining facilities seating up to 8 people.
