Just 20 minutes from the airport by car, you'll be soaking up the sun in no time with this conveniently located abode on Ibiza's western coast. Villa Mieke is on the outskirts of Cala Vadella, a small retreat in a sheltered cove which offers a white sandy beachfront, restaurants, bars and shops within a ten-minute walk. For a laid-back local vibe, you can head to the nearby town of San José, which is ten minutes by car. Here, whitewashed buildings and swaying palms line the streets and life is lived at a sleepy pace. If you want to join the party crowd at nighttime, Old Town is 30 minutes away by car.

The pool and terrace at Villa Mieke are curved to match the contours of the hillside, maximising the dramatic vistas towards the Balearic Sea. Tucked-away terraces mean guests can enjoy total seclusion among Mediterranean foliage, but there's also plenty of space to socialise. The clean white interior spaces are filled with light and carefully selected accessories add splashes of colour. You won't need to head to a bar to enjoy Ibiza's iconic sunset, as you'll have one of the best views on the island from your villa. The sea stretches away to the horizon with a backdrop of forested hills on either side, and you can shake up a cocktail and watch nature's unfolding spectacle from one of the decks or relaxation spaces that surround your residence. During the day, you can meander the short distance to Cala Vadella for lazy mornings on the beach and a light lunch of fresh seafood in one of the many shoreline eateries.
