Situated on a front line plot of 2,000sqm in the exclusive residential area of La Mola, this magnificent villa offers stunning views over the tranquil bay of Cala Marmassen.

The villa is located adjacent to the vibrant, cosmopolitan Port Andratx. Although, the Cala does not have a true sandy beach it retains a feeling of privacy and seclusion with tourists and boat owners tending to favour other locations.

Private access to the sea, a boat dock and private mooring are via a few flights of steps through mature, terraced gardens or via a funicularé lift which runs from pool level to the roof of the old boathouse. 

Villa Kerida caters for up to 12 guests and between the months of May - October the services of a Private Chef and Housekeeping team are included in the price.

The villa has an interior space of 1,100sqm offering beautifully appointed accommodation distributed over 4 floors. Exterior spaces include 5 entertainment terraces offering a choice of private, intimate areas (the jacuzzi terrace plus an adjoining relaxation terrace with wet bar) plus larger communal areas (the barbecue dining terrace, upper level solarium, pool terraces a boathouse terrace) as well as plenty of shaded areas within the grounds and garden terraces leading down to the sea.

Throughout the house and gardens the property benefits from fibre optic WI-FI, a multi-zone Sonos music system and all communal and private rooms have recessed Smart televisions with access to extensive media libraries. Sensor activated night-time floor lighting in communal areas, central/ underfloor heating, air conditioning, mature terraced gardens, garage, off street parking for 2 cars and lift access to all principal levels of the main house. The property has secure entry phone pads on all levels, a safe, a full alarm system and is furnished and decorated to the highest standards.

VILLA CONFIGURATION

Entry Level/Upper floor:
In the triple height entrance hall, a spiral marble staircase leads to the tower den which offers 360-degree views to Port Andratx, Sa Dragonera and Cala Marmassen and in the interior reception hall, a large architectural skylight allows for natural light throughout the day.

3 beautifully decorated bedrooms (´Port´, ´Starboard´ and ´La Mola´ - all en-suite), large television lounge, cloakroom & guest WC, service kitchen, breakfast loggia (seats 8) and an expansive solarium with access from all rooms offer spectacular sea and mountain views. The Courtyard Bedroom (separate access from the main house) is also located on this level. 

Mid (Master)  level :
A more intimate floor – the sitting room has a dual aspect gas fireplace, recessed television and a concealed cocktail bar. The master bedroom suite (Marmassen Room) is en-suite with a large dressing area and a further bedroom  (Harbour Room) are also situated on this level. All three rooms on this level give access to a shaded chill out terrace which overlooks the sea, pool and gardens. Guest WC and staff apartment (with independent access) are also on this floor.

Lower/Pool level:
Offering extremely generous proportions, this floor is an entirely open plan and beautifully integrated so as to provide an informal living/dining option plus a fabulous entertaining space. This level comprises a large bespoke kitchen equipped with every modern catering appliance plus a larder, walk-in cold room and a bodega, backlit via 2-way glass to the dining area. Interior dining and lounge seating for 12 guests. With views over the pool, gardens and beautiful coastline, fully retractable floor to ceiling doors enables the best option for easy indoor/outdoor living all year round. Guest WC.

Pool level:
An expansive pool terrace with sunbeds, drinks tables, large umbrellas, pool toys and a kidney-shaped infinity pool (48sqm) with wide steps, a jacuzzi bench and multi-speed fitness jets.  Also on this level, a dining terrace (seating for 12) with fully retractable sun shades, large gas barbecue, poolside shower and towel storage.

Jacuzzi terrace and gardens:
Situated at just below pool level the Jacuzzi terrace has a wet bar and a shaded, adjoining relaxation terrace with full WI-FI and Sonos access. Just a few flights of steps or the use of a funicularé lift allow for access to the expansive boat house terrace giving private gated sea access. The area in front of the sea is paved and illuminated for guest use and guests have the use of a private mooring and a boat dock for tender access.
