Villa Kalyana features 9 bedrooms and a free bunk bedroom for children within the main grounds and another 4 individual, adjacent beach bungalows with their own 250sqm pool. The villa can therefore accommodate up to 40 guests including a maximum of 12 extra beds.

The sleeping arrangement is: 1 Master suite; 8 bungalows; 4 suites; 1 bunk bedroom; all bedrooms have ensuite bathroom and the bungalows also feature their own outdoor bathroom. When entering the villa for the first time, you'll be immediately impressed by the huge covered terrace and its lounge area, which includes a 250 year old hand-carved wooden Sala, floating above a water basin.

Straight away, you will be able to observe those hypnotic sea-views down the garden where the bungalows are positioned around the immense pool. Merging contemporary Balinese design with Modern Asian elements, it is spectacular in every way. Enjoying four bungalows, one eccentric master suite and four additional bedrooms of the highest order, fifteen inside and outdoor bathrooms and a spacious open plan living terrace, this Koh Samui villa rental provides a vast amount of space and privacy comfortably accommodating up to 20 guests.

It is an ideal setting for weddings and parties and can easily accommodate 100 + guests and their hosts. (extra charges may apply) Four 85 m2 bungalow suites around the pool have indoor and outdoor bathrooms, a kitchenette, all usual 5-star equipment such as flat screen TV, minibar, and some unusual features like 4 poster throne-beds, and 7 meter wide folding doors, opening to the beach... The master suite overlooks the whole scenario, with two walk-in dressing rooms, an indoor bathroom with sea view, a private outdoor spa terrace with Jacuzzi and massage sala, well sorted bookshelves and much more.

The other rooms do all have sea view, a filled minibar, private terrace areas, desk, sofa, walk-through wardrobes and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors to the decks and garden. Our latest feature is a bunk bed kids room with gorgeously comfortable mattresses that sleep 4 allow for the children to enjoy their own down time in supreme comfort. The Kid's room is located on the garden level and is close to the cinema room and an adjoining adult's room. The bright coloured wall and large beanbags add a playful feel and the baskets of toys coupled with the Wii are perfect accessories to the indoor playroom.

The Villa is fully equipped with modern technology, Wi-Fi (fiber optic) all over the compound, 11 flat screen TVs from 30 to 65 ", HD video projection in the cinema room, quietest possible air-conditioning (total 20 aircon units) central hot water, rain showers. Over 120 m2 air-conditioned dining area is equipped with a massive 7 meter wooden table seating 22 persons, a European breakfast kitchen, a bar and a chill out area. Directly connected is an outdoor barbecue terrace; for those "dining under the stars" arrangements. Main terrace of over 150 m2 with 12 meter high wooden; pyramid-shaped dome ceilings hosts the 14 seat lounge sofa floating over a water basin within an antique hand carved wooden pavilion.

Spa/massage area, fitness, cinema room, entertainment room with bar and snooker table, and a large poolside terrace with 4 round outdoor sofas. We have full time staff of 10 for your convenience, European Guest Host, Thai Villa Manageress, Thai Chef, 3 maids, driver, and 3 gardeners.
