Stay at The Residence and you will experience our personalised COMO butlers. Their role is to ease you through your arrival, organise castaway picnics with the children and arrange meals, becoming your chief activities planners during your stay.
Offering some of the most varied dining in the Turks and Caicos, our menus draw from the Caribbean’s rich seafood larder while emphasizing all that is fresh, local and organic wherever possible. Our relaxed poolside Lotus restaurant serves light Caribbean-inspired dishes during the day and contemporary Asian at night, while the Terrace restaurant specializes in modern Mediterranean.
Our delicious and nutritious COMO Shambhala Cuisine, meanwhile, maximizes energy and wellbeing, and our extensive room service menus let you enjoy meals in complete privacy with beach picnics, tiki hut dinners and poolside meals at your villa.

Events and Facilities
Our staff at Parrot Cay by COMO brings a uniquely personal approach to event planning in the Turks and Caicos, both for weddings and other celebrations, including corporate events on a white-sand beach.
Our highly customized level of service is always combined with gourmet culinary offerings, all in the most secluded of private island environments.
We will confidently arrange the entire event from flowers to music and a castaway seafood feast. Celebrations can also be held at the privately owned residences that comprise Parrot Cay Estate.
Parrot Cay is a secluded private island in the Turks and Caicos, an island chain in the relatively undeveloped Northern Caribbean. The island’s 1,000 acres include pristine white beaches and the opportunity to experience first-hand the rhythms of the natural world with no cars, pollution or streetlights. Parrot Cay’s location in the archipelago also makes it well placed to explore the Turks and Caicos Islands in their entirety, while its safe, private locale makes Parrot Cay very appealing to families.
All services mentioned in this COMO destination guide can be arranged or supplied to guests of Parrot Cay. Some, however, are available only be request, and are dependent upon local suppliers with Parrot Cay facilitating the experiences wherever possible. For details, email guest services at email@example.com. Please note that prices are subject to change at any point.
The Turks and Caicos Islands currently have two full service international airports, on Providenciales and Grand Turk, as well as a limited entry international airport on South Caicos. All other islands have domestic airports, with the exception of East and West Caicos, which are uninhabited.
Visitors must hold a valid passport. Proof of onward transportation is also required on entry. International visitors to Parrot Cay usually enter the islands via Providenciales to take advantage of an easy 50-minute car and boat transfer to the resort.
There is a saying that if God made the Caribbean, he must have been a sailor. Indeed, many would argue that boat is the very best way to arrive.
Private sailors are reminded that they must clear customs and immigration on arrival. The Turks and Caicos are well set up to make this process easy.
There are a number of facilities at Providenciales, including a full service marina at Turtle Cove Marina (www.tcmarina.com; -649 941 3781), as well as entry facilities. Other marinas on Providenciales include South Side Marina, Leeward Marina and Caicos Marina and Shipyard.
Another popular docking point is Sapodilla Bay on Providenciales’ south side. Customs and immigration clearance here can be arranged through AL Services (www.al-services.tc; -649 941 3267).
There are also dozens of cruise liners that stop at the Turks and Caicos, landing at the new state of the art terminal in Grand Turk. Transfers to all the other islands can be made from here.
