This beautiful contemporary villa is uniquely located with direct access to the beach on Grace Bay and adjacent to a number 1 rated beach in the world. Designed by a local architect, the layout provides the majority of rooms with a stunning ocean view.

This luxury villa can accommodate up to 16 guests across 8 bedrooms. Guests will be served by a team of professional and extremely hospitable staff, including a chef whose experience comes from working in high end luxury hotels and resorts around the world.

Guests will enjoy relaxing by the side of the pool or in the jacuzzi. The palm shaded deck is an exquisite location from which to watch the sun set. Family and friends will be kept entertained with a media room, ping pong table, foosball, TVs in every room, snorkeling equipment and non-motorized watersports including a small sail boat.

The staff operate from the Western end of the property, with the chef and butler preparing meals and cocktails from the fully equipped commercial kitchen which is located near the shaded outdoor dining area.
